In a Dreampro Full Build, we handle the strategy, your signature framework, the curriculum, branded slides and workbooks, video editing, platform setup, and uploading your content. You record. We aim for 4 to 6 months from start to a finished course.
That’s the short version. The longer version is what this post is for, because “we build it for you” can mean very different things depending on who’s saying it. I’ve been an instructional designer for 15+ years, Dreampro has been in business since 2019, and we’ve built 250+ courses for coaches, consultants, Fortune 50 companies, and everyone in between. Here’s what a Full Build looks like from your side, in the order things roughly happen.
A Full Build includes everything it takes to turn your expertise into a finished course, except your face and your voice. Here’s the split:
| Dreampro handles | You handle |
|---|---|
| Strategy for the course | Sharing what you know, who you serve, and what you want the course to do |
| Your signature framework | Reacting to it and making sure it sounds like you |
| The curriculum | Reviewing it |
| Branded slides and workbooks | Recording your lessons |
| Video editing | Sending us your recordings |
| Platform setup and content upload | Saying yes when it’s ready |
Tara, one of our clients, summed it up better than I can. She said she just showed up and recorded, and everything else was handled.
We aim for 4 to 6 months. That range exists because courses aren’t all the same size, and because a build moves at the speed of two teams: ours and yours. The parts we control, we keep moving. The parts that depend on you, like feedback and recording, depend on your calendar.
For comparison, our Co-Build takes about 12 weeks. It’s shorter because you lead the content with our structure and tools, and we set up your platform and course with a placeholder for each lesson. A Full Build takes longer because we’re writing, designing, editing, and uploading the whole thing. If you want a broader look at timelines, I wrote about how long it takes to build a course with and without help.
Strategy comes first. Before anybody touches a slide, we need to know who the course is for, what result it promises, and what job it’s doing in your business. A course that books clients is built differently than a course meant to sell every day on its own, and both are different from a course for corporate buyers.
This is also where we get to know you. I’ve seen agencies that never ask who their clients are, what they believe, or how they talk. We ask all three. Your course should sound like you on your best teaching day, and it can’t if we skip this part.
We take what you already do with clients and give it a shape: a small number of named steps, in order, that get someone from where they are to the result. Most experts already have a method. They just haven’t written it down in a way a student can follow on their own.
The framework is the backbone of everything after it. Every module hangs on a step, and every lesson has to earn its place inside one. This is the stage where you’ll do the most thinking with us, because the framework has to feel true to how you work.
We sort it. Tara came to us with years of ideas on sticky notes and old content, and we turned it into a cohesive program. That’s normal. Most people we work with have a mix of old trainings, client notes, slides, voice memos, and opinions they’ve been meaning to write down.
You don’t need to organize any of it before we start. Hand it over. Part of our job is deciding what belongs in this course, what belongs in a future offer, and what can go. I usually recommend a simpler course than people expect. Make your course simpler, not longer.
The curriculum is where the framework turns into modules and lessons. We map each framework step to the lessons that teach it, decide where the early win goes, and plan the implementation pieces (checklists, worksheets, exercises) that turn watching into doing.
I care a lot about implementation over information. A lesson should leave your student with something to do, so the course feels like progress. Karima, one of our clients, said her curriculum is laid out so clearly now that the program itself does what it’s supposed to do. That’s what this stage is for.
They look like your brand. Your colors, your fonts, your tone. Slides are built to support what you’re saying on camera, so they don’t compete with you. Workbooks are where your students do the work, so they’re designed to be filled in and used, not admired once and forgotten.
Clean design matters more than people think. We’ve rebuilt courses with great content that still felt clinical and overwhelming because every slide was a wall of text. Same expertise, much better experience.
You show up and record. By this point you have your framework, your curriculum, and your slides, so you’re teaching from a plan instead of improvising. Most people find recording much easier than they expected, because the hard thinking is already done.
You don’t need a studio. You need decent light, decent sound, and your slides. Then you send us your recordings and we handle the editing.
We edit your videos, set up your platform, and upload everything. Dreampro works on every course platform, so you can use the one that fits your business. Uploading is the part people forget to ask about when they compare quotes, and it takes real time. In a Full Build, it’s included.
When we’re done, you have a finished course in your platform, organized around your framework, with every video, workbook, and lesson in place.
Most delays come from the parts that depend on the client’s schedule, which is completely normal. You’re running a business while we build. The two things that affect timeline most are how quickly feedback comes back and when recording happens.
A few things help a build move:
A Full Build is right for you if you want a professionally designed course and you’d rather spend your time recording than building. It’s a good fit for experts with deep knowledge, a full client calendar, and no interest in becoming an instructional designer.
If you want to lead the content yourself with our structure, Co-Build may fit better, and a Co-Build can be upgraded to a Full Build later. If you want to learn the method and build it on your own, that’s what Dreampro Course Camp is for. For a different angle on the same question, here’s what happens when you hire Dreampro to build your course.
A Full Build aims for 4 to 6 months. A Co-Build takes about 12 weeks.
Yes. You record, and we handle strategy, framework, curriculum, slides, workbooks, editing, platform setup, and upload.
In a Full Build, yes. Content upload is included. In a Co-Build, we set up your platform and course with a placeholder for each lesson, and upload isn’t included.
All of them. Dreampro works on every course platform.
Dreampro services start at $8,500. We quote one package price after a call, based on your scope.
If you want to show up with what you know and leave with a finished course, take a look at our done-for-you course services. Services start at $8,500. The best next step is to book a call so we can talk about what you have, what you want the course to do, and whether a Full Build or Co-Build makes more sense.
