A Full Build is the right fit if you want Dreampro to build the whole course for you, from strategy through content upload, with an aim of 4 to 6 months. A Co-Build is the right fit if you want to lead the content yourself with our structure and tools behind you, in about 12 weeks, with your platform and course set up and ready for every lesson.
Both are done with the same team, the same instructional design approach, and the same goal: a course that gets your students to a result and sells. The difference is who carries the content creation and how much of the finishing work we take off your plate. Here’s how I help people decide on sales calls.
A Full Build is our fully done-for-you option, where we take your expertise and turn it into a finished, live course. In a Full Build, Dreampro handles:
Your job is to bring what you know and record. Tara described her experience this way: she just showed up and recorded, and everything else was handled. She came in with years of ideas on sticky notes and old content, and we turned it into a cohesive program. If you want a closer look at what that looks like from start to finish, I wrote about what happens in a Dreampro Full Build.
A Co-Build is our done-with-you option, where you lead the course content using Dreampro’s structure and tools, and we set up your platform and your course with a placeholder for every lesson. It runs about 12 weeks.
I want to be clear about what that means, because “you lead the content” can sound like “you’re on your own.” You aren’t. You get our structure and tools to build from, so you’re never staring at a blank page wondering what goes where. And when the Co-Build wraps, your platform is set up and your course shell is built out lesson by lesson, so the place your content lives is ready and waiting.
The one thing a Co-Build doesn’t include is content upload. Your lessons have placeholders, and you (or your team) drop the finished content in.
The biggest difference is who creates and finishes the content. In a Full Build, we do it. In a Co-Build, you lead it with our structure and tools. Here’s a side-by-side view.
| Full Build | Co-Build | |

Either one works on any course platform, including Kajabi, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Skool, and GoHighLevel. We work on every one of them, so you don’t have to switch tools to work with us.
Choose a Full Build if your time is the scarcest thing in your business, and choose a Co-Build if you want to stay close to the content and move faster. That’s the short version. Here’s how I think about it with people in more detail.
A lot of people fit a little of both. That’s fine. The honest question I ask is this: if you leave the call today, what’s the most likely reason this course doesn’t get finished? If the answer is “I won’t have time to make and upload all the content,” that points to a Full Build. If the answer is “I don’t know how to structure it or set up the tech,” a Co-Build solves that.
Yes. You can upgrade a Co-Build to a Full Build. You might start a Co-Build fully planning to lead the content, then realize partway in that you’d rather hand more of it off. That’s a normal thing to discover once you see the scope of your own course laid out in front of you. If that happens, we talk through it and move you over.
This is one reason I tell people not to overthink the choice. You’re not locked into the wrong decision. Pick the one that matches how you want to work right now, and we’ll adjust if your needs change.
Dreampro services start at $8,500. Your exact investment depends on the scope of your course, and we go over that on a call once we know what you’re building. If you want to understand what drives the cost of done-for-you course creation in general, this breakdown of how much done-for-you course creation costs covers it.
If $8,500 isn’t in the budget right now, there’s a lower-cost path. Dreampro Course Camp teaches you to build your course the way we do, and we’ve been selling it since 2020.
The way we design courses stays the same. Both options are built on the same beliefs I’ve held through 15+ years as an instructional designer:
That’s also why the results don’t depend on the option. Most courses see 5 to 15% completion. Katie averages 64%, and she has worked with Dreampro about 5 times. What drives a number like that is the design, and both options get the same design thinking.
Done-for-you means the agency builds the course from your expertise, including content, design, and upload. Done-with-you means you lead the content with the agency’s structure and support. At Dreampro, that’s a Full Build and a Co-Build.
No. In a Co-Build, we set up your platform and your course with a placeholder for each lesson. You or your team add the finished content. Content upload is part of a Full Build.
A Full Build aims for 4 to 6 months. A Co-Build runs about 12 weeks.
Yes. If you start a Co-Build and decide you’d like us to take more off your plate, you can upgrade to a Full Build.
Yes. Dreampro works on every course platform, including Kajabi, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, Skool, GoHighLevel, and ThriveCart Learn.
That’s exactly what a call is for. Tell me about your course, your calendar, and how involved you want to be, and I’ll tell you which option makes sense, even if the answer is “start with Course Camp.” Take a look at our course creation services, then book a call and let’s figure it out together.
A heads up: the Kajabi links in this post are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Dreampro’s own courses run on Kajabi.
